Learn basic cooking skills with simple and delicious recipes! You will also learn to work on knives and other kitchen tools, and how to prep ingredients. Each week, you will explore different cultural foods, cooking methods, and general tips.

IMPORTANT NOTE:Effective July 1, 2025, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to all class registrations paid by credit card.  To avoid this fee, you may choose to pay via Zelle or by check instead of using the online payment system.  Please contact our office at 718-224-8197 ext. 1 for more information.
